Yaalom Project
Our goal: to allow the Israeli Governement ministries to apply and manage a request for a quote up to NIS 50,000 through an online system for suppliers from an authorized supplier database.
My Role
I led this project (ministries users side and providers side) from March 2019 to December 2019.
Customer Insights & Ideation
I took over this project from the matrix company. My role was to create a prototype of the system on the supplier side according to the flow that had been created on the client side and the specifications document that I received from the project manager. Subsequently, I was asked to improve the main flow on the customer side.
Experience Strategy & Vision
I performed market research, interviews with potential users as well as a user test to be able to better understand the needs of the users and thus obtain better results.
Design Execution & Validation
I designed down on desktop (responsive for providers side). I executed journeys, wireframes, prototypes and design specs.
The challenge
Changing habits
To date, the procurement process has been done through emails. Everyone knows that users find it very difficult to change their habits. Therefore the system should be super friendly to persuade the user to work through the system.
